We want you to love your purchase! But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item received is in the wrong size  compared to what was ordered or damaged.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Easy Process

1. Contact us at contact@outleton-us.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• • We cover return shipping costs only if the wrong size was sent.

  • Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return unless the size is incorrect.
